This training will introduce you to the leading model of couple therapy.
EFT has been validated by over 20 years of empirical research.
EFT is an evidenced based model, with research showing that over
75 percent of couples utilizing EFT can effectively change their
relationships from one of suffering and pain to one of recovery and healing.
This workshop is held in facilities in accordance

Course Objectives:
- Understand the basics of the EFT model
- Understand how childhood attachment experience affects adult attachment styles in couples
- Become familiar with typical interaction cycle of distressed couplesUnderstand Emotionally Focused Therapy’s efficacy in couples therapy
- Understand Emotionally Focused Therapy’s efficacy in couples therapy
- Understand the role of emotions and how they are used as the agent of change in couples session
- Be able to recognize the difference between primary and secondary emotions expressed during couple communication
